"We were very pleased with Lori Rohs Designs. We hired them to take care of several rooms and received prompt and professional service, plus Lori was fun and easy to work with. She really knew her products and had some good design advice for us.
There was one section of blinds that came in oh-so-slightly off-color from the rest and were hung for more than a year. Upon returning to measure some other rooms, she looked at them and insisted on replacing them in spite of the fact that we had them up for a while and that I could barely see the difference and didn't mind.
